The Free / Pro Bono Bankruptcy includes the drafting and filing of a bankruptcy, and; one free consult by the Attorney for 30 minutes. The Pro Bono Bankruptcy does not include Court filing fees, credit counseling fees, paralegal drafting fees, or Attorney court appearance fees. Attorney time after the first 30 free minutes will be billed at a 10% discount, and; negotiated with the client beforehand. While generally speaking, these services do not come into place in all bankruptcies, The free / Pro Bono bankruptcy does not include ancillary services that may occur, such as; filing of a reaffirmation agreement; litigation, or contentions of adversary proceedings, objections to claims, or objecting to relief from stays. The law firm would provide these additional services at 10% discount to the person or family selected for the free bankruptcy."
The law firm reserves the right to select an individual for the free / Pro Bono bankruptcy based on criteria of need and effectiveness of success on the bankruptcy. All participants who are not selected are welcome to retain the law firm at regular law firm rates with a free 15 minute initial consult by the attorney.
